I’ll attempt to do my small part to bring them up, just in case someone who matters actually ends up reading one of my posts. So, let’s get started:

I’m going to start this with Kushner, because the more I think about what he was up to (with Steve Witkoff) the more DISGUSTED I get. It was Kushner and Witkoff who were involved in protracted “negotiations” with the Iranians – apparently over their supposed attempts to produce a nuclear weapon. While

While all these talks were proceeding, Trump (and Hegseth – the Secretary of Warcrimes) were moving a couple aircraft carriers (and all the support that goes with them) into the region. These ships appear to be located in various bodies of water in the region. So, Kushner and Witkoff, according to the negotiator on the Iranian side, were – and he held up two fingers very close to each other – oh so close to an agreement.

This resulted in the Iranian negotiators returning to Tehran in order to discuss “next steps” with the Iranian leadership. According to the “two finger” guy, more negotiations were planned in the near future. However, as anyone who follows the Israelis’ and their intelligence capacity knows they have the ability to “pinpoint” the location of various people they wish to “watch” (or, of course, more) It’s been reported the Iranians were meeting (surprisingly at Ali Khamenei’s residence) and there is no doubt in my mind this was the point where Bibi Netanyahu (facing serious corruption charges as soon as all this war stuff is over – do you think that factors into his thinking?) suckered Trump into the all out – and SUDDEN – bombing campaign in Iran.

The Israeli’s dropped a direct hit onto Khamenei’s home (compound) killing the Supreme Leader, most of his family (not his second son) and, apparently about 40 other Iranians in their leadership counsel. While the Israeli’s were getting rid of Khamenei the Americans were bombing a girls elementary school killing something like 175 Iranians including about 150 girls between the ages of 7 and 12. (Trump has ridiculously accused the Iranians of blowing up the school – what an idiot)

The part in all of this that really bugs me is I can’t get the thought out of my mind that Kushner (who’s not even part of our government – and, I don’t think Witkoff is either) set these Iranians up with a bogus “negotiation.” Who knows, maybe they managed to hide a tracking device with one of the Iranian negotiators to make sure the Israeli’s would eliminate the “Supreme Leader” at the outset of the attack. The Israeli’s are focused on what they expect to achieve, Trump is anything but. In fact, it appears Trump has no idea what is actually going on “on the ground” nor interest. He was actually playing golf over the first weekend after the first bombs landed.

Kushner has ties with the Arab nations in the gulf (he managed to get the Saudi’s to front him $2 BILLION soon after the January 6th INSURRECTION back in 2021). The Qatari’s bailed his family out of a terrible investment at 666 Fifth Avenue in New York during Trump 1.0 and since have donated a $400 MILLION aircraft to Trump – talk about thumbing your nose at the emoluments clause of our Constitution. And the Emirate’s supposedly pumped a couple BILLION into one of Trump’s crypto scams. Not sure how these countries are feeling about Trump right now – but, Kushner is an orthodox Jew and, as I said earlier, he’s a family friend of Netanyahu. My point: was this a setup from the beginning?

Hegseth is acting like a kid playing video games. Some of his press conferences are, at least to me, embarrassing. It should have surprised no one when he said “There will be no STUPID rules of engagement” in this war. Hegseth is damaging the United States in ways which may take a generation (or more) to mitigate. Not only that, but there ARE “Rules of Engagement” and, it appears, both the United States and the Israeli’s are violating them – and, arrogantly. Like it or not, the U.S. is in this as a “partner” with Israel although it appears it’s Israel doing the most unethical damage. They’ve bombed a desalination plant – cutting off water to an untold number of Iranians AND they’ve bombed the Iranian’s oil infrastructure resulting in “oil rain” in the civilian communities in Iran. Netanyahu, in his own words, waited 40 years to find a U.S. president he could talk into going “partners” in an invasion of Iran.

And, what did they achieve? Mojtaba Khamenei, the former Supreme Leader’s second son – supposedly more of a hard liner than his father, is now Iran’s Supreme leader. Sorry Mr. Trump, Iran is NOT Venezuela. And, keep in mind, the NEW Supreme Leader lost his father, his mother, his wife, and his children in the initial air strike so, do you think he’s anxious to resume negotiations? The U.S. and Israel are busy committing all kinds of WAR CRIMES and the Iranians will, I can guarantee you, get their pound of flesh. Will they reopen the Strait of Hormuz once the bombing stops? I have a sneaking suspicion that will be the first step in their “revenge.” This could upend the entire world economy in a matter of a month or two. And this all might just be on Jared Kushner’s “plate.” Makes my stomach growl just thinking about it!

Now, to Epstein. It has been apparent to me for some time that Trump would continue on a “route” he believes will get the Epstein files out of the news to the point where “we the people” forget about them. However, there are several members of Congress and lots of journalists (going through the files) that are NOT going to allow that to happen. The Trump encounter that has surfaced recently where he allegedly sexually AND physically assaulted a young teenage girl in the mid 1980’s seemed to have pushed him to the brink – meaning, INVADING Iran along with his buddy Netanyahu. The problem for Trump is that the so-called missing files are now NOT missing. The FBI interviewed this (now) lady 4 times as it was setting up for the prosecution of Epstein before he was allegedly (according to the pathologist hired by his brother) murdered in his jail cell. The first I learned of THIS allegation was reading Virginia Roberts Giuffre’s posthumous memoir.

The DOJ has released about 3 MILLION files that are overly redacted (I predicted this close to a year ago) and have exposed the identities of many of the victims/survivors while covering for the predators – in both instances in violation of the Congressional act forcing the release of ALL the files. Yet, there’s still another 2.5 MILLION (or so) files the DOJ is refusing to release. (They were all supposed to be released almost three months ago) Clearly, there are MANY people in “high places” who wish this issue would just go away, none, more likely, than Trump – but it’s all going to come out at some point in time.

According to Congressman Jamie Raskin, when he was given access to the 3 MILLION files – while at the DOJ – with the files being unredacted he searched Trump’s name and it came up OVER a MILLION times. Do you really believe this one incident back in the mid 1980’s was the ONLY time Trump was involved in Epstein’s providing young girls for rich men? Obviously, Trump is going to go to EXTREME lengths to cover up whatever role he had. They WERE “best friends” for something like 15 years.

Do you think it possible the adventure in Venezuela was an attempt to deflect from the “files?” I mean, the justification after they “snatched” Maduro (and his wife) was they are “narco terrorists.” Of course, that accusation rings hollow because shortly before they went into Venezuela (killing about 100 Venezuelans and Cubans) Trump pardoned the worst “narco terrorist,” Juan Orlando Hernández who was found guilty of smuggling OVER 400 TONS of cocaine into the United States. He was serving a 45 year prison term and Trump let him go – and THEN snatched Maduro. The whole thing stinks. The U.S. even has MURDERED something like 150 people in motor boats in the Caribbean and Eastern Pacific calling them “narco terrorists.” Trump and Hegseth deserve a trip to the International Criminal Court (along with Vladimir Putin).

Speaking of Putin, do you really believe he doesn’t have some kind of kompromat on Trump which keeps Trump in line. I mean, it’s getting to the ridiculous stage. The U.S. is involved in an attack (war) on Iran and Iran is a close ally of Russia. So, it’s reported Putin is sending intelligence to the Iranians on the where abouts of American targets and Trump has a one hour phone conversation with Putin. Shortly thereafter, Trump loosens sanctions on Russian oil, the Russians once again are sending oil to India AND it’s price has doubled in the past week gaining income for their failing economy. As the saying goes: “You can’t make this stuff up.” (Suggestion, put 2 +2 together) Yikes!!!

Final Thought: One last thing which has been bugging me of late. It’s been reported that Vladimir Putin’s name has been mentioned over 1000 times in the Epstein files released to this date. I’ve also read where Epstein had close connections to the Kremlin (as well as Israel’s Intelligence community) and that Epstein had received OVER one Billion dollars from the Russians. Trump was also, at one point in his Casino life, found to have “laundered” Russian money. One report I read was that Epstein was supplying the Kremlin with “kompromat” on wealthy individuals who got sucked into his sex trafficking ring.

Well, think about that when you’re wondering why Trump would be on the phone with Putin for a “constructive” conversation while the Russians are funneling intelligence to the Iranians exposing American targets. Now, I’m not the only person who believes Putin has “dirt” on Trump – in fact, I’ve believed this since the Russians got involved with Trump’s campaign back in 2016. Will we ever find out the truth about all this “junk?” I still remember an email that came from the Epstein estate where he claimed he was the one person who could bring Trump down. Is Putin the other? According to Epstein’s brother the pathologist he hired to investigate his brother’s “cause of death” determined Epstein had been murdered.

If that’s true we’ll likely NEVER know who was behind the “hit,” but the circumstances of his death certainly leave a lot of suspicion. One thing that seems almost obvious to me has to do with Trump’s apparent idolizing Putin. There’s got to be a reason for this and my suspicion is it relates to Epstein. This will all just be circumstantial evidence roaming around in my head until such time there is PROOF of my inclinations. That said, there’s something “fishy” with all of this. Stay tuned…

I’m really struggling to find the motivation to continue writing. The bottom line is I write to get my frustration with the government of my country “out.” I started this “blog” (if that’s what it is) back toward the end of the Bush/Cheney regime due to my frustration with their willingness to authorize TORTURE – not to mention the STUPIDITY of their LYING “we the people” into an illegal invasion of Iraq. As a member of the American High School “class” that came of age during the Viet Nam fiasco the invasion of Iraq was, to me, “Deja Vu all over again.” It’s like our leadership class has a difficult time processing history – seemingly being determined to relive previous fiascoes.

I’ve pointed out NUMEROUS times since Trump “won” the 2024 election that “we the people” were about to be forced to endure the Project 2025 “strategy” of “flooding the zone. Of course, my point in ALL those rants, was this is how Trump and the puppet masters (Project 2025 authors) would cause “we the people” to spend our time of political observance “chasing our tails.” That is, going around in circles as we fight back against Trump’s and his puppet master’s goal of turning the U.S. into a country with a FASCIST government.

Despite those who are political observers constantly finding issues where Trump and his sycophants have brazenly violated the constitution many of them took an OATH to defend, the “Trumpers” could care less. They don’t believe in our constitution – other than the parts of it which might support a slice of their agenda. Clearly, the percentage of Americans who’ve actually read the Project 2025 manifesto is minuscule. I watch, occasionally, MSNOW and I haven’t seen much evidence the “hosts” of their daily agenda have read the manifesto. Along with virtually every person involved in America’s so-called “liberal media,” for example, I constantly hear the word “authoritarianism” as they attempt to understand Trump and his masters – apparently fearful of actually using the term FASCISM.

I’m presently reading “Hitler’s First 100 Days” by Peter Fritzsche and the parallels between the “Third Reich” and Trump 2.0 are eerie. I won’t go into details, if you’re interested, there is a plethora of books out there which I submit would make it clear to you what I’m writing about here. (Including the book I just referenced) One obvious example would be the FACT Trump’s “ICE” thugs resemble Hitler’s “Brown Shirts” in multiple ways, including the color of their “garb.” Attempting to rule based on FEAR is nothing new according to history. The difference between the resistance in today’s world and that of “yesteryear” is the internet and the so-called “smart phones.” Americans would have been assured, for example, that Alex Pretti was a “radical left wing agitator” who was killed in self defense by the ICE murderers. Same for Rene Good. Without cell phones and their ability to make video recordings no one would know any difference. Americans understand you can’t believe a word coming out of Trump’s mouth. The assault on Minneapolis hasn’t removed the issue Trump wants to go away.

I, like MOST Americans, have been paying attention to the “Epstein files” and observing ALL the ways Trump is working to prevent Americans from discovering the extent of his involvement with Epstein over the space of 15 years or more. The evidence I’ve seen suggests their (Trump and Epstein) CLOSE relationship began at some point in the 1980’s – based on one of the accusations that Trump allegedly sexually assaulted a teenager – an alleged attack occurring in the mid 1980’s (that the DOJ is hiding – makes me wonder what they don’t want the public to see).

For all the people who are unable to “put 2+2 together” by making inferences based on the publicly available reporting on the internet they will have to wait for complete compliance with the Congressional bill supposedly forcing the DOJ to release ALL the files with the only redactions being to protect the identities of the survivors/victims. (Don’t hold your breath) In the files released on January 30th and prior Trump is mentioned something like 38,000 times in the space of 3 MILLION files which are full of redactions protecting perpetrators while exposing the identities – in some instances including home addresses, phone numbers, etc. – of the survivors/victims. When Jamie Raskin looked at the unredacted files he said Trump’s name comes up over one MILLION times. Yikes!

And, remember there are another 3 MILLION files the DOJ is refusing to release. Why could that be? Over a year ago people were predicting the files would be “scrubbed” of any information “incriminating” Trump (I agreed) and, well, here we are. What could Trump possibly do to get all the questions about Epstein pushed to the back of the journalistic pages? Why do you think Trump moved a massive amount of military POWER into the Middle East? Why do you think the U.S. has been moving her citizens out of the region over the past few weeks? OK, the answer is now obvious; Along with the Israeli’s (more likely because of the Israeli’s) Trump has ordered a coordinated attack of Iran. That SHOULD definitely get him a Nobel Peace Prize – especially when you consider his ordering “boat people” in the Caribbean to be murdered. This time it was 150 or so elementary school girls. Do I have Trump “derangement syndrome?” (looks probable!)

The question now becomes; Will this invasion of Iran result in a prolonged war causing the U.S. to verify it’s now totally “on board” with Vladimir Putin? I mean, what do Benjamin Netanyahu and Trump have in common with Putin? I would surmise they make a chummy group of FELONS who need to keep their nations embroiled in war so they can avoid facing accountability for their alleged CORRUPTION. Putin is the master, Trump is groveling while trying to gain Putin’s approval, and Netanyahu is putting off his own accountability that was imminent on the day HAMAS invaded back on October 7th two plus years ago. Netanyahu has been dreaming of this day for 40 years. One thing all THREE of these men have in common is their focus on “number one.” Despite occupying offices that would suggest a focus on public service, they each are expert at focusing on themselves. The lost lives are simply “the cost of doing business.”

Do I hope for the best for the people of Iran? Yes, whatever that might be because there are a plethora of factions in Iran and I wonder how they might pull together and form some kind of government that they all can agree to. Do I believe Trump has any idea how this might come about? Absolutely NOT. Trump’s justifications are simply a bunch of LIES (what else is new) – his explanations continue changing by the day. The reality is this is the second time in my lifetime (Iraq was the first) the United States has invaded a sovereign nation. Supposedly our military has been formed as a deterrent NOT to be used for aggressive invasions of sovereign nations. (OK, it’s the third time – with Viet Nam being the first – therefore Iraq was the second. What is clear, our leaders haven’t learned a damned thing from any of this)

It’s pretty hard for Americans to be criticizing Putin for his ILLEGAL invasion of Ukraine when Trump is on his second ILLEGAL invasion of a sovereign nation in the past month or so. I was angry with Trump’s abandonment of Ukraine via his groveling up to Putin, but, now, I feel for the Ukrainians because help coming from the U.S. seems unlikely while we’re “bomb, bomb, bombing Iran.” (Not to mention, Trump claimed he’s now “running Venezuela.”) With Russia bogged down in Ukraine and, NOW, the U.S. bogged down in Iran (and, theoretically, Venezuela) How do the people of Taiwan feel?

I mean there have been reports of China’s plan to “annex” Taiwan for years, but they apparently didn’t want to get in a war with the U.S. Well, things change don’t they? What do you think Trump is going to do if China invades Taiwan and claims it as a Chinese territory – like Putin in Ukraine? It seems to me Taiwan is the next victim of the “big three” world powers. It almost looks to me as if Trump is laying the groundwork for China to take over Taiwan with nary a whimper coming from our so-called “Department of War” under the incredible leadership of Pete Hegseth. The way this is all playing out is very sad to me and the Trump administration is coming across as an embarrassment. European leaders had better pick up the pace of supporting Ukraine. Putin’s “dream” goes well past the Ukrainians. He wants to reconstitute the former Soviet Union.

However, I believe one of the main goals of Trump and his puppet masters is being accomplished by declaring war on Iran. Only time will tell, but my guess is Epstein is headed for the back pages as I suggested above. Not only has Trump (and, of course, Netanyahu – who I believe dragged Trump into this fiasco) likely miscalculated the Iranian response to this attack (so far, six members of our military are dead) I believe his appointment of incompetent people to head up our institutions is likely to come back to “haunt” us. For example, just last week Kash Patel (the beer guzzling head of the FBI) Fired about a dozen members of the FBI’s counter terrorism group focused on Iran. Does anyone out there think Iran may be planning some kind of attack here on U.S. soil? We assassinated their “supreme leader,” what do you believe they may be thinking as “retribution?” (one of Trump’s favorite words)

Does it make you feel safe knowing that Trump is at the helm as America goes into another Middle East war? Maybe we’ll see “TACO Trump” in action and when he realizes how this will affect the Stock Market and inflation (energy prices already spiking) he’ll try to back out – find a way to leave “with honor.” Seems a long shot to me – there’s already been enough damage to cause the Iranians to be REALLY mad! Not only was their “Supreme leader” killed, but apparently several dozen of this close associates. But, that’s not all – a GIRLS elementary school was bombed – killing about 150 mostly children from the ages of 7 – 12. My guess is there are MANY Iranians seeking revenge.

Flash Alert: Tonight I read an article alleging Jared Kushner and Steve Witcoff were in negotiations with Iran to assure they would not constitute a nuclear weapon (or ballistic missiles capable of hitting the U.S.) Allegedly Kushner and Witcoff got the negotiations close to the finish line and the Iranians simply had to gather to decide whether or not to accept the deal. Apparently the leaders of Iran gathered in one (or two) locations to make their decision with further negotiations planned. Then the bombing and the Israelis knew where this group was gathered and killed them all – something like 45 members of Iran’s ruling counsel. As Secretary of War Crimes for America proudly said – after the KILLING of the 150 school girls and the elimination of Iran’s “Supreme leader” and his close associates – (and I’m paraphrasing) “We are not following the ‘dumb’ rules of engagement. There are no ‘rules’ for our attack.” (This all makes me sick to my stomach! Trump and Hegseth are cementing the U.S.’s place as the world’s pariah! I never thought I’d live to see this day! Does anyone besides me miss Joe Biden?)

Trump has shown what an ignoramus he is by his messages on his Twitter copy of a social media app – wearing a baseball cap and dressed very casually – one of the messages posted at 2:00 AM on Saturday where he said something like, “There could be casualties, they say that happens in wars” – those aren’t his exact words but, “come on man” he’s the so-called president – although he is a 34 times FELON and he’s proving (once again) he’s willing to CHEAT in order to get his way. He’s likely setting the stage for an attempt at canceling the next election. In the book I’m reading which I mentioned above the Nazi’s made it clear, once they were in POWER, there would be no more elections – there was no need for elections in the future. (They were actually thinking of the next 1000 years). I shudder at all the parallels with Trump’s regime – I understand Trump doesn’t read, but, it’s hard to think all the parallels are just coincidence. And, remember (f)Elon Musk threw a couple Sieg Heils at Trump’s inauguration with nary a whimper from the Trump supporters – not to mention our “liberal media” hasn’t mentioned it hardly at all – certainly not recently. Stay tuned……

Final Thought: The Oligarch class in America is slowly putting a noose around our “liberal media.” Musk with Xwitter, Zuckerberg with Meta (includes Facebook, Instagram, and What’s app), Bezos with the Washington Post (which he very well may destroy), Larry Ellison and Rupert Murdoch taking control of TikTok, Ellison now is in control of CBS, it’s parent company Paramount and, now, CNN via taking over Warner Brothers (which includes HBO among others) plus there’s Sinclair which likely operates the local news where you live. These are all right wing media outlets. And, it’s becoming suffocating.

There’s also Peter Thiel who heads up Palantir – the company leading the way on “snooping” on “we the people.” (And, other nation’s people around the globe) Like Musk, Thiel is an immigrant who has become a “naturalized” U.S. citizen. Now, I haven’t seen Thiel throwing Sieg Heils but he was born in Germany and he spent most of his early youth living in a German section of South Africa that supported the Nazi’s. He has openly stated a disdain for “democracy” and, all these oligarchs seem to look at our constitution as an irritant. They are a large part of the “engine” pushing the Project 2025 agenda. There are of course many more BILLIONAIRES connected to Trump – I hope they’re all “outed” once this national nightmare ends so they can receive their “just rewards.” To me, the irony of all this is the people who voted for Trump 2.0 continue(d) to believe Trump would “drain the swamp” when, in reality, Trump is the head of the swamp.

One more thing: Trump’s hanging banners of his image on the front of various buildings in Washington DC is one of the parallels to Hitler and the Nazi takeover of Germany in 1933. Just sayin….

I have to add: Speaking of Oligarchs and their money I hope the next president (after Trump) tears down the (now) $400 MILLION (and rising) ball room and rebuilds the East Wing of the “White House.” First, getting permits, of course.

I’m old and I’m really getting tired of the “chasing the tail” routine most of us who are following Trump find ourselves in. That said, I have children and grandchildren so I keep telling myself I need to force myself to find the energy to put up some kind of fight against Trump and his Project 2025 puppet masters. It’s clear as a bell to me what they are up to, but I’m to the point where I feel it’s going to have to whack them in the face – meaning our “liberal media” – before they “get” what Trump et al are really up to. I’ve said this numerous times here, their tactics are to keep “we the people” gasping at ” “today’s scandal” all the while forgetting “yesterday’s scandal” and completely keeping our eyes off the real focus of their agenda.

What might that be, you ask? More and more Americans are coming to the same realization those of us who took the time to read Project 2025 prior to the 2024 election were warning about and that is the turning of America into a FASCIST nation. Yes! FASCIST! Not “authoritarianism.” For some reason, those who “man” the host chairs of the “news” shows I watch on TV – for me it’s MSNOW (formerly MSNBC) are very reluctant to use the word “FASCISM” on the air OR to even bring up the name of Hitler, let alone to point out the parallels of the Project 2025 takeover of our nation to Hitler’s takeover of Germany back in the 1930’s. It’s not exact, but it’s creepily similar – even the “Brown Shirts” on the members of ICE terrorizing neighborhoods all across America (and, of course, especially in Minneapolis).

So, as opposed to my usual just writing to get my own frustration off my chest – just letting it “flow” – I’m going to try something different this time. I will try to compile a list of some of Trump’s most egregious and outrageous actions while attempting to give my take on what their daily scandals are designed to prevent “we the people” from understanding. This will likely take a few days – if I can force myself to keep writing. (And, remember, I do most of this from an old man’s – I’m one year younger than Trump – memory. That, in itself, should scare you)

I have to take my memory banks back to Trump’s first day in office. If you remember, he promised to lower food prices on his first day. He promised to end the war in Ukraine on his first day. He promised to end the war in GAZA on his first day. AND, he promised to pardon the January 6th FELONS – including the hundreds who beat cops and the ones found guilty of Seditious conspiracy – on his first day. Well, as we all now know, the answer of which promise he kept came from “door number four.” He pardoned ALL the Jan. 6th FELONS and, in fact, he used the “auto pen” to do so. The same “auto pen” he lambasted Joe Biden for using. Typical Trump. (He still hasn’t fulfilled the other “promises”)

Trump caused republicans, during Joe Biden’s final year in office, to torpedo an immigration bill they (republicans) negotiated in order to preserve the issue for himself during the campaign and, unfortunately, MOST American voters weren’t paying close enough attention and fell for his shtick as it became a key issue in the election. And, of course, he constantly was LYING about the number of undocumented people in America – not mentioning that many had been here for MANY years and were hardworking members of their communities.

To give “we the people” a glimpse into the future (the near future) Trump, soon after LYING about the oath of office, signed an executive order canceling birthright citizenship for children born to undocumented immigrants – born in the U.S.A. Of course, that was in direct conflict with the 14th amendment to our constitution – but, I’m sure, Trump feels his stooges on the SCOTUS will find a way around that pesky document we all (well, most of us) find dear. The first warning “shot” about what immigrants would soon find themselves living through.

In Trump’s first few weeks he signed between 100 and 200 executive orders – the very type of document republicans so oppose when there is a democrat in the “White House.” Naturally, these executive orders were written up by the Project 2025 puppet masters and Trump just obligingly signed them. (Keeping in mind they are NOT laws) I remember a guy handing him a document and EXPLAINING to him what was on the pages and then Trump simply signing it and holding it up for the cameras. I don’t remember a single member of our “liberal media” taking notice of this – apparently, assuming these documents were originally dictated by Trump himself. I would bet ALL five of my dollars if I had the propensity to gamble on this.

Before I go further I’ve got to, once again, point out how Trump and the GOP have adopted the propaganda tactics of Hitler, Goebbels, and the Third Reich. I’ve written this so many times I’m tired of typing it up, but Hitler devised the “Big Lie Theory” when he wrote “Mein Kampf” while he was in prison in about 1928, I believe. (I looked it up, it was while he was in prison with the first volume published in 1925 and the second volume in 1926 – apparently I’m not doing all this by memory) The “Big Lie Theory” stated “If you repeat a LIE over and over people will eventually believe it’s true.” The second part of the “strategy” was “projection.” Condensed: “Every accusation is a confession.”

I recently read an “Economist/YouGov” poll and several factors “we the people” are facing in our every day lives. Trump, over all, came out of this poll looking VERY bad. He’s “underwater” on every issue. But, when you read the poll you see the “breakdown” for things like who you voted for, what you consider your political views, (liberal, moderate, conservative, etc.) The interesting thing I noted is the reason Trump is so far underwater lies at the views of “independent voters.” Democrats were, basically, the polar opposite of republicans in almost EVERY category. So, their stats canceled each other out. The real issue for republicans going forward, based on this poll, is they are losing independents – and BADLY! That is why democrats look poised for a “blue wave” in November – if we still have elections.

Trump and his republican sycophants are totally immersed in these two Nazi propaganda tactics (Big Lie Theory and Projection) and our “liberal media” refuses to do their job of “informing” the American public. The longer they wait to start making this clear, the better the chance for Trump and his puppet masters to succeed in destroying our constitutional republic. One of their main goals is either the elimination of elections (Trump has said, recently, they’re not necessary – things are so great) or turning them into Russian style “elections.” When you hear Trump, Bondi, Noem, or any of the others suggesting democrats are planning to “cheat” in the elections – just remember “projection.” Case closed!!!

There is, of course, an endless supply of the daily “scandals” I could go over, but I don’t like writing that much. So, fast forward to the racist s@*t which is becoming more overt as time goes by. Personally, I don’t understand why this wasn’t OBVIOUS well before the beginning of Trump 2.0, but here we are. I’ll try to limit my examples supporting the OBVIOUS reality the Trump administration is a bunch of vile racists. Think back to the one debate Trump had with Kamala Harris (it went so well for him he chickened out of doing a second one) where he accused Haitian immigrants of “eating the cats and dogs” of their neighbors in Springfield, Ohio. Totally “made up” – but, why weren’t pundits on the “left” drilling down on why they would make up a story like THAT!

OK, that SHOULD have been enough for anyone who didn’t at that point understand Trump, Vance, and the rest of them were overt RACISTS. But Trump et al were bound and determined to further prove MY point. Filling the airwaves with LIES about undocumented immigrants (Black and Brown people) “murdering and raping” people, apparently at random – without, as usual, a SHRED of evidence to support such a heinous claim. The truth is American citizens violate the laws at MUCH higher percentages than undocumented immigrants. And, if that’s not enough to convince you, Trump regularly refers to Somali immigrants – legally here – as “garbage.” Every time I hear him say that I want someone to hand him a mirror!

With the help of (f)Elon Musk (an immigrant) Trump managed to “torpedo” the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The number of people who have unnecessarily died because of this work by Musk and Trump, according to estimates of people in the “field,” is approaching 1 MILLION. Bill Gates said these deaths are the result of the richest man in the world killing among the poorest people in the world. MANY of those dying are children. Trump and Musk killed the PEPFAR program initiated in the George W Bush administration that was preventing MILLIONS of people in Africa from dying via AIDS. You’ll recall, Trump has referred to the countries these people live in as “shithole” countries. He’s claimed (again, without a shred of evidence) that Somali immigrants in our country “just run around killing each other.” What a racist pig!

And, while we’re on the subject of immigrants, lets keep in mind Trump is a second generation immigrant (Germany) who’s been married to TWO immigrants. He’s allowed South African “Afrikaners” to immigrate while blocking those from countries that are not predominantly white. Musk is an Afrikaner who came to America on a student visa and never enrolled in the school he was supposed to attend. If you missed it, Musk flashed a couple “Sieg Heils” at Trump’s inauguration which seems to be well past the ability of our “liberal media’s” attention span. If you’re not aware – that is also referred to as the “Hitler salute.” Politicians don’t question his immigration status (yes, he is a naturalized citizen – but, did he lie to achieve that?), or the immigration status of Melania Trump, and I think we know why. But, few seem to care.

Musk is the “richest person on the planet” and is proving everything those of us who’ve been clamoring about the SCOTUS’ “Citizens United” decision have been correct. He funneled close to $300 MILLION into Trump’s campaign in the closing months and arguably is the reason Trump “won” in 2024. Since the election Musk’s fortune has virtually DOUBLED. We’re talking about HUNDREDS of BILLIONS of net worth. And, there’s another “immigrant” who is neck deep in republican politics (despite claiming to be a “libertarian”) and that’s Peter Thiel. Thiel was born in Germany, came to America at about one year old then his family moved to South Africa in the area where the German community in which they lived was known for its continued glorification of Nazism. No one should be surprised that Thiel has stated a distaste for “democracy.” Musk and Thiel fit right into this Project 2025 nightmare scenario.

Musk is pushing an AI platform that seems, based on reports I’ve read, to be home to right wing pollution and anti-Semitic “porn.” His “chatbots” seem to have a sweet spot for Hitler and the platform has even referred to itself as “MechaHitler.” Keep in mind, these AI platforms are programmed by humans. Maybe they’re intended to replace the need for humans, but it should surprise no one that Musk’s AI platform looks kind of like, well, Musk.

And, Thiel. He of the “I don’t like democracy” oligarchs. (I’m just guessing the “fraternity” would also include Musk, of course, but Rupert Murdoch, Jeff Bezos, Larry Ellison, the “Oligarchs” who wrote Project 2025, Trump, of course, and I’ll throw in Mark Zuckerberg – although Zuckerberg will likely change colors the next time a democrat wins the “White House.”) If you remember, one of the last things Joe Biden warned us about was America becoming an Oligarchy. I would argue his warning was too late, but at least someone saw the writing on the wall. (Not the mainstream democrats who abandoned him because of 15 minutes of bad “debating.”)

More evidence of the Project 2025 push to turn this nation into a fascist country can be summed up in Trump’s reckless “siccing” of National Guard troops and now ICE agents into American cities (led by democrats, of course) to stir up headlines right wingers view as them “owning the libs.” In Minneapolis CBP (Customs and Border Patrol agents – who are SUPPOSED to be within 100 miles of the border) MURDERED two WHITE members of the city while being filmed and then LIED about the circumstances. Obviously these were cold blooded MURDERS (RIP Rene Good and Alex Pretti) and the Trump administration is blocking ANY state investigations to protect the MURDERERS. The guy who MURDERED Ms. Good followed her car as the car careened down the street (her with three bullets in her head) crashing on the side of the road and said “f__king bitch.” ICE agents are shooting Americans and LYING about it all across the nation. It would be unbelievable to me – but, there’s video!

They (Trump and Project 2025) have assumed dictatorial powers that are more serious because our Congress has vacated its role in our system of “checks and balances.” (And, throw the SCOTUS in as well) The latest “scandal” is Trump’s decision to abandon ANYTHING that resembles environmental policy to guarantee our water and air are more polluted and our electricity rates are increasing by rates far exceeding inflation. Trump likely has never paid an electricity bill in his lifetime – just sayin….

While the s#*t is hitting the fan Trump is planning on “we the people” failing to notice two things – and, regarding one of them he’s losing miserably. But, if he succeeds in the other it won’t matter. Door number one, of course, is his futile attempt to protect himself from the Epstein files. Jamie Raskin, after a couple hours with the unredacted files said Trump’s name comes up over ONE MILLION times – keeping in mind that they’ve only released about half of them. Many of those redacted files on Trump will eventually, and by the mid-terms, become public knowledge. We recently learned Trump “ratted out” Epstein back in 2006 to the Palm Beach Police Chief. What was it Trump said about “rats” after Michael Cohen was arrested during Trump 1.0?

Door number two is all about the mid-term elections and understanding why he’s invading democratic run cities all across the nation. He really is PLANNING on subverting the elections this coming November. The smartest person I’ve listened to on this yet is Mark Elias, an election lawyer who is constantly battling Trump et al, and if you haven’t listened to his “take” on what Trump is planning for November it would be worth your time to check him out. People like Mr. Elias and Thom Hartmann always find a better way to say what is rattling around in my brain. The point here is the two things Trump FEARS the most are the Epstein files and “we the people.” He figures if he can prevent Americans from voting democrats into control of Congress he can LIE his way out of his culpability regarding Epstein. Time will tell!

Final Thought: As stated above, my intention was to take my time and “report” on issues that have accumulated over Trump 2.0’s first year and argue what I believe both Trump and his Project 2025 puppet masters are really focused on – outside of the chaotic “scandal a day” strategy and, once again, I got carried away. That they are using the propaganda tactics of the Nazi’s of Germany and their physical assault with brown shirted thugs closely resembles the Nazi’s it’s not hard to conclude their ultimate goal is America as a FASCIST country.

That said, to fully succeed, they’ve got to stop the mid-term elections – Trump now wants to “nationalize” the elections in 15 democratic cities – and Trump, somehow, has to endure what’s sure to become public knowledge about his relationship with Epstein. For me, there’s enough public “evidence” already to come to the conclusion we have a “pedo” president. (Just my opinion) My concern is with the upcoming election. Trump KNOWS he’s facing IMPEACHMENT #3 if democrats retake the House – he’s already admitted as much. He’ll do everything he can to stop the election or block enough people from voting to ensure the GOP “wins.” Projection reminder: Every time you hear a republican claim democrats want to CHEAT to win in November, remember they got that idea from none other than Adolf Hitler! It’s classic projection. When you understand “projection” you realize republicans are “saying the quiet part out loud! Yikes!!!

Trump asks: “Are you still talking about Jeffrey Epstein? And the answer is, probably not. Why? You might ask. Well, Trump is going overboard on his (and Project 2025’s) push to turn America into a FASCIST nation. There’s hardly time to stop and read the 3 MILLION pages of Epstein documents the DOJ finally released. (While saying there’s another 3 MILLION they’re NOT going to release – and, if “we the people” don’t like that, well, we can just go and pound sand. (According to Trump’s personal attorney DOJ Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche)

Will there be any blowback? Trump is busy keeping us chasing our tails in order to make sure the Epstein files don’t incriminate him – for stuff he LIKELY did back in the 1990’s while he was palling around with Epstein. How is he going to keep Epstein out of the news? Well, for starters, he’s arresting journalists on “trumped up” charges (pun intended), he’s threatening late night talk show hosts once again – apparently with the fairness doctrine Reagan (I thought) abolished 40 or so years ago – aimed at people like Jimmy Kimmel, Stephen Colbert, Jon Stewart – but NOT people like the propagandists on Fox, Newsmax, etc. Huh?

Then there’s Venezuela – the murdering of the boat people and those protecting Maduro (supposedly around 200 people murdered all together – remember, there is NO war) – that’s kind of in the background now. As is the threat to Greenland? Colombia? Mexico? Canada? Have all these threats served their purpose. Of course, the MURDERS of a couple American citizens by ICE in Minneapolis and the anti-ICE protests are pulling a lot of attention away from Epstein. I’m sure Trump is counting on “we the people’s” limited attention spans to push Epstein totally out of the “picture.”

I for one will do everything I can (which isn’t much) to remind “we the people” we likely have a “pedo” president. That’s an opinion I’ve come to based on ALL the public information about Epstein and Trump – a 15 year best buddies relationship – during the peak of Epstein’s “deplorable” activities. I mean I can’t get it out of my head Trump sending Epstein a birthday card in around 2002 with the line about all the “wonderful secrets.” Makes me gag to think about what he meant there – but, I’m sure if you are about to put 2+2 together, you get the idea.

With Trump there ‘s a never ending flood of “scandals” that come and go so fast you’ve forgotten yesterday’s news because today’s news is so outrageous. From the beginning I’ve been pointing out that’s the strategy. And, all the while, Trump’s Project 2025 puppet masters are further laying the groundwork to make our constitutional republic part of American History – the part they put into the same place they’ve put Critical Race Theory, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, unions, public education, independent universities, the fourth estate, voting rights (for “people of color”), etc. etc. In other words, our constitution is an annoyance they can do without.

As more and more Americans understand what is happening, the question to me is “will we stand for this? If Minneapolis is any indication I’m happy to report the answer is NO! I’ve been talking about the DAMAGE Trump has done to America since Trump 1.0 and the difficulty of overcoming it. Joe Biden made significant strides, but, unfortunately, he was bogged down by the “traditional” democratic party – which I’ve been complaining about almost as long as I’ve been suggesting the republican party should be voted into the history books on the page previously “hogged” by Benedict Arnold. Trump has long since pushed Mr. Arnold aside. And, the republicans have chosen to continue to stick to his “coat tails.”

Well, now there are signs the democratic party could (?) be awakening. There are some bright YOUNG members of the party who SHOULD be taking control in key positions unless democrats want to continue the “which way is the wind blowing” strategy of their recent years. I mean, it took 15 minutes of a presidential debate to turn on Biden and, for all intents and purposes, ensure another HORRIBLE four years of Trump. I suspect during these remaining three years Trump will not only torpedo the American economy, but likely the world economy as well. Of course, I’m no economist, it’s just my inclination. We need democrats to learn to FIGHT!

For years I’ve been pointing out the foundation of a fascist nation is a corporate/government partnership. We’ve evolved to the classic case of this – with corporate CEO’s falling all over themselves to funnel MONEY to Trump in order to win regulatory approval or some other kind of approval they need to keep the massive transfering of taxpayer resources into their pocket books. (That’s one “trans” republicans love) By some accounts, since this corporate takeover of our nation hit “high gear” during the “Reagan years” the top 1% of America has pilfered over $40 TRILLION from “we the people.” And, of course, they keep spending MILLIONS so we keep voting in their republican minions allowing them to keep growing their BILLIONS.

Looking for someone to blame (besides ourselves) – look no further than the Roberts Supreme Court – which, thanks to Trump 1.0 and Moscow Mitch sits at an almost unbreakable 6 – 3 right wing majority. The Citizen’s United decision was a key decision led by John Roberts and Sam Alito that is largely responsible for the BILLIONS in “dark” money spent on American elections every year. (f)Elon Musk spent nearly $300 MILLION to get Trump elected so he could flash a couple Sieg Hiels at the inauguration – a republican “staple” – saying the quiet part out loud – and, he’s at it again throwing MILLIONS toward unpopular right wing members of Congress in order to somehow prevent democrats from winning the mid term elections in 2026. (Didn’t work in Wisconsin – but, we’ll see in these other places)

Not to mention that Clarence Thomas took LARGE (allegedly) illegal donations from right wing donors with cases before the court – including Leonard Leo who is largely responsible for the choices Trump made in 1.0. And, Harlan Crow, he of the Nazi memorabilia collection was giving all kinds of UNDISCLOSED gifts to Thomas – well, until they got caught. And, of course, the SCOTUS’ only ethics responsibility is the one they put on themselves. You probably can guess how that one works. Both Thomas and Alito are still there despite taking major gifts from donors with cases before the court – and, Roberts wife, the last time I read it, was pulling in MILLIONS from right wing sources with interests in front of the Court. Nice work if you can get it! (And, it’s a lifetime appointment!)

So, while there’s a plethora of political CORRUPTION going on inside the “White House” – examples: crypto scams, a free Boeing Jet (requiring a $BILLION + upgrade), “donations” for a “ballroom,” the random destruction of the East Wing of the “White House,” murder on the high seas (of Venezuelan “boat people”), Don Jr. and Eric traveling the globe at taxpayer expense, BILLIONAIRE consolidation of our media, and on and on – the CORRUPTION Trump and his Project 2025 puppet masters are planning for the upcoming election could put the rest of this to shame. How can Trump avoid accountability? Somehow cancel the mid term election!? Stay tuned….

Final Thought: The reason I believe Trump and his minions are desperately attempting to HIDE the Epstein files can be summarized in three words. Marjorie Taylor Greene. Yes, I’ve taken more than my fair share of “shots” at MTG over the previous few years, but I have to give her credit – she’s the FIRST republican member of Congress, in my view, to completely turn on “MAGA” because of what’s going on with Epstein. She couldn’t bring herself to “turn” on Epstein’s victims which led to her fallout from the “good graces” of Trump. (Is he capable of “good graces?”) Today I saw parts of an interview with MTG where she came right out and said “MAGA was all a lie.” I said good things about Liz Cheney and I’m hoping to be able to continue to do so with MTG. If democrats are smart, they’ll listen to her and, if she chooses, welcome her in to their “big tent party.”

Yes, she’s a die hard “conservative” – but, at one time I viewed myself in that same light. You can be a conservative (fiscally ) and still support social services to “the least of these.” In fact, Ms. Greene portrays herself as a Christian, so, in case she might read this I would remind her Jesus said “What you do FOR the least of these you do FOR Me.” And, of course, “What you do TO the least of these you do TO me.” And, He wasn’t talking about republicans or democrats! Lord help all those good people languishing in American concentrations camps. And, Lord help the rest of us! No Kings – March 28!!

I’ve been pointing out here for years that Trump and his thugs have adopted the Nazi tactic of “projection” as they accuse their foes of what they themselves are guilty. So, today I was reading one of Trump’s posts to his low level social media Xwitter copy and it was so full of projection I thought I’d attempt to piece meal it here. So, here goes – and, I’ll attempt to take it line by line. He’s referring to the MURDER of Alex Pretti, a 37 year old ICU nurse at the VA, by ICE agents in Minneapolis.

Trump starts off with, “This is the gunman’s gun, loaded (with two additional full magazines!), and ready to go – What is that all about?” included with a photo of the pistol the MURDER victim had holstered – he had a open carry permit – which, according to the available video one of the ICE (Border Patrol?) agents had disarmed him from as the agents were throwing him to the ground and pepper spraying his face (he was attempting to help a woman ICE had pushed onto the sidewalk) As the agent walked away with his (what was holstered) weapon there were three or four shots and he was dead. (Once again his name was Alex Pretti – an ICU nurse at the VA) So, in response to Trump’s question, Mr. Pretti was simply attempting to help a lady being roughed up by ICE. (Something people in my generation – I’m 78 – would have instinctively done as bullies attacked a woman.)

Next, “It is stated that many of these Police were not allowed to do their job, that ICE had to protect themselves” suggesting Minnesota authorities were preventing Minneapolis Police from stopping…. what? The ICE agents pushing a woman to the cold hard ground? And, stopping Pretti from coming to her defense? Here’s how ICE “protected themselves.” They disarmed Pretti’s (lawfully carried) handgun and then proceeded to fill him with bullets. IN THE BACK! As he was held face down to the ground. It is the Minneapolis Police who are being prevented from doing their jobs by Trump, Noem, and ICE. And Trump added, in regard to ICE protecting themselves, “Not an easy thing to do.” Ughh!

Then he says, “Why does Ilhan Omar have $34 Million Dollars in her account? And where are the Tens of Billions of Dollars that have been stolen from the once Great State of Minnesota? We are there because of massive Monetary Fraud, with Billions of Dollars missing…” I have no idea why Ms. Omar has $34 Million in her account – if she does – (remember, Trump is a pathological LIAR) likely because “we the people” keep donating to her campaign “chest.” Maybe Trump could explain why he has BILLIONS in his campaign account and where it all came from because he can’t run again. I’m sure Ms. Omar would gladly do a mutual debriefing on national TV provided Trump would do the same. (We know at least a BILLION of Trump’s campaign money – and, of course, he can’t run again – came from Oil BILLIONAIRES). And, so, the “Massive Monetary Fraud” has not been proven – just some “influencer” came to Minnesota (because, remember, Somalians are Black) to cause Trouble for the Somalia community and made an unconfirmed accusation. And, where there’s “Billions of dollars missing” would be from the American taxpayers due to Trump’s so-called BBB bill!

For a touch of Irony he adds: “Those Fraudsters who stole the money are going to jail, where they belong!” Remember, Trump was found liable for a half a BILLION worth of “serial Fraud,” he was convicted (34 times over) of FELONIES for defrauding “we the people” prior to Trump 1.0, he defamed a woman he allegedly “raped,” (according to the judge) and, in his first term, he was alleged to have LIED over 30,000 times in the course of his “duties.” The part of what he said I agree with is he SHOULD be in jail right now.

It gets even more ridiculous: “Much of what you’re witnessing is a COVER UP for this Theft and Fraud. The Mayor and the Governor are inciting Insurrection, with their pompous, dangerous, and arrogant rhetoric!” OK, Jeffrey Epstein seems to find his way into every post I make about Trump. So, I’ll just put it this way, “What “WE THE PEOPLE” are witnessing is a COVER UP of massive proportions – likely the reason ICE is in Minneapolis in the first place – of Trump’s sordid relationship with Epstein. THAT is the COVERUP of the day! And, suggesting the “Mayor and Governor are inciting insurrection, with the pompous, dangerous, and arrogant rhetoric” is almost too rich for me to respond. Fact: The Mayor and Governor have encouraged protesters, from the start, to do so peacefully. However, in Trump’s case, I can still CLEARLY remember Trump telling his supporters as he LIED about the 2020 election being rigged “You’ve got to fight like hell or you won’t have a country anymore.” That caused harm to 140 Capitol Police Officers. Let’s hope no one repeats those words in regards to how we get ICE off our streets.

Finally, “LET OUR ICE PATRIOTS DO THEIR JOB! 12,000 Illegal Alien Criminals, many of them violent, have been arrested and taken out of Minnesota. If they were still there, you would see something far worse than you are witnessing today!” Was he talking about the five year old boy ICE used to capture his father and then disappeared both of them to a notorious prison in Texas? Is he talking about the peaceful citizens who’ve been disappeared by thugs without warrants? And, calling these ICE thugs “patriots” is also a bit rich. They wander around in gangs carrying long guns and using pepper spray, tear gas, and intimidation tactics in order to “keep Minneapolis safe.” They are NOT patriots – they are paid thugs, many which have virtually no training and signed up because the government gave them a $50 THOUSAND bonus just to sign up. And, MOST of those ICE have arrested are NOT criminals. Being in America undocumented doesn’t make you a criminal. It’s been reported many of those pardoned from their January 6th FELONIES, are now ICE agents. Yikes!!!

Here’s what makes you a criminal in America today. Shooting an unarmed woman in the FACE three times and then referring to her as a “fu*@ing bitch just seconds after MURDERING her. Or, throwing a “good Samaritan” on the ground, face down with his hands in front of his face, disarming him, THEN shooting him in the back three or four times, and claiming he was threatening you. Or, how about this. Being in public office, the highest public office, and funneling BILLIONS into you personal accounts – like via phony “crypto” schemes, or accepting planes from foreign governments – all while VIOLATING a basic premise of our constitution, the emoluments clause. THAT would make you a criminal – and certainly NOT a patriot! And, like most CRIMINALS, the disdain for the rule of law shows up daily!

Final Thought: Based on what Trump has said and done in the past, we know these ICE thugs feel there will be no consequences to virtually anything they do. And, when you watch closely the video of the TWO MURDERS (so far – that we know of) in Minneapolis and then you listen to the instant reactions of Trump and ICE Barbie there can be no doubt there will be more innocent Americans KILLED for standing up for our democratic republic.

We also know Trump is attempting to goad protesters into violent acts. He is looking for a reason to invoke the insurrection act – and, I have to believe this is all preliminary to his plans for November when he’ll do WHATEVER he can to block “we the people” from voting. He knows he’s in HUGE trouble once “we the people” express our will at the poles. He envisions an American “free and fair” election just like the “free and fair” elections in Russia. Right now Trump’s fear is Epstein’s files. In November it will be “the will of the people.” Stay tuned…..

This is getting REALLY serious! Trump is not only attacking “we the people” with our own troops, planning to take over Venezuela to pilfer their natural resources as if they belong to the U.S., and planning some kind of (fake) invasion of Greenland (he’s also suggested Colombia, Mexico, and Canada are in his “crosshairs”), but for his idol Vladimir Putin he’s hell bent on destroying NATO, which is even worse. All of this is right out of the “what do you want from me” book written to Putin. Trump is a TRAITOR to the U.S. and people like me just have to sit here and watch (and, of course, type) because there’s not much we can do about it. (I have to wonder what the “kompromat” Putin has on Trump)

Yes, participating in the protests – for me, likely the next “no Kings” protest, is all aimed at encouraging us progressives and, now, our conservative and independent brethren who oppose fascism to gear up for a massive turnout in the November election. But, that’s ten plus months away – if we still have elections then – and the DAMAGE Trump is inflicting on “we the people” – let alone others around the globe who believe in self governance – is mounting so fast my prediction is it will take AT LEAST a generation for the U.S. to recover from this – if that even ends up happening. (I’m still holding out hope we’ll continue to govern ourselves via elections and enough people will repudiate FASCISM that there will be an historic “blue wave” in November.)

The Europeans are sending troops into Greenland to defend it from the U.S. and now they’re talking about their “Sell American bazooka” that will allow them to hit the U.S. where it will hurt the most. Apparently Europe holds the most American Treasury bills – something like $8 TRILLION worth – that they can sell which would cause the American economy a lot of grief. I don’t claim to understand all the ramifications should they choose to do that, but from what I’ve read it would be significant. All in all, my gut tells me Trump is going to destroy the dollar as being the World’s main currency before he’s finished. (IMPEACHED?) I believe he’s setting up China – wittingly or unwittingly – to be the World’s economic leader and number one “Super Power.”

We’ve already seen the Canadians making deals with China in order to bypass having to deal with Trump. The Canadians have a lot of that (dirty) oil Trump is so engrossed with in Venezuela and, it seems, now most of that oil will be going to China. Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m not a fan of oil. I’ve gone out of my way to remove it from my existence as much as possible. I live in the Pacific Northwest where electric energy is supplied by the great Columbia River and myself and my wife have been driving electric cars for over 10 years. We put 32 solar panels up on our southern facing outbuildings over 10 years ago and have produced over 10,000 kwt. of electricity since. But I know oil is still a major resource to the economy and Trump has gone off the rails for the oil BILLIONAIRES. However, as usual, there’s (always – with republicans) more.

American BILLIONAIRES are in a mad scramble to see who the first TRILLIONAIRE will be. (f)Elon Musk has managed to coerce a TRILLION dollar pay package over the next ten years out of Tesla (and, by the way, while I drive an electric car I refuse to drive a Tesla) – dependent on how much he can jack up their share price and he’s in the “catbird’s seat” as of now. But, there’s a flock of BILLIONAIRES in hot pursuit. Disgusting Mark Zuckerberg, Larry Ellison, Jeff Bezos, Peter Thiel, Tim Cook, and a bunch more, are all sucking up to Trump in order to speed up their ascent on the TRILLIONAIRE status. These BILLIONAIRES (and others I can’t name off the top of my head) are all willing to sacrifice America’s self governance for their own riches. And, keep in mind, they are expert at squeezing as many dollars as they can out of the American taxpayers – all the while claiming they’re doing us all a favor.

Well, from my perspective – and, for starters – Social Media is where the rot began to spread around the world – but, especially in the U.S. (maybe because that’s where I live) – at a exponentially increasing rate. Nations have figured out how to interfere in other nations business using FAKE (I’m talking about the real “FAKE”) accounts on platforms like Facebook, Xwitter, TikTok, Instagram, and other Social Media platforms. The BILLIONAIRE owners of the platforms program their “algorithms” in order to encourage people to spend as much time as possible on their site by funneling targeted propaganda to their computer screens. They don’t bother to filter FAKE Russian accounts, for example. This makes them RICHER and RICHER. (And, of course, I’m talking about the BILLIONAIRES)

I’ve read a couple books about Facebook and Zuckerberg, written by insiders, that confirms he’s a pompous BILLIONAIRE who can’t seem to make enough money. He showed his true self when Trump won the 2024 election by pulling attempts at filtering god awful stuff so he could be more like Musk. It’s disgusting. And, Bezos began kissing up to Trump within hours of the election results. The whole bunch of them started doing what they know makes Trump “tick” by funneling MILLIONS of dollars Trump’s way before he took the oath of office. Now, with Ellison getting the “green light” to takeover CBS and TikTok (with Rupert Murdoch) our media is almost completely controlled by these BILLIONAIRE (in my opinion) scum bags.

For years now I’ve pointed out a fundamental requirement for FASCISM is a government/corporate partnership and we’ve seen the full evolution of that in the United States. This will NOT be an easy “partnership” to break. When we’re talking about the above mentioned BILLIONAIRES we’re talking about HUNDREDS of Billions each. Musk unloaded about $300 MILLION in the 2024 election to push Trump over the “finish line” so he could flash his Sieg Hiels at the inauguration and keep in mind that’s like chump change to “we the people.” His wealth DOUBLED within a few months of Trump LYING about his oath of office (with all the BILLIONAIRES crowding onto each other while trying to get as close to Trump as they could – maybe to be in the pictures?) – and that would be something like $200 BILLION in about six months.

As you can see, Musk has set the standard with these RICH people as to how profitable it can be for them to make “donations” to American politics. And, thanks to our current CORRUPT right wing Supreme Court there’s no limit on how much these people can spend. So, despite the fact it appears there’s a giant “blue wave” headed our way in November, just picture all these BILLIONAIRES spending HUNDREDS of MILLIONS (each) in order to prevent us peons (meaning “we the people”) from taking over Congress and having actual POWER over our government (once again) AND the BILLIONAIRE class.

They’ve (the BILLIONAIRES) pilfered something like $40 TRILLION from America’s taxpayers since the day Ronald Reagan took office and put the strategy behind Lewis Powell’s famous 1972 memo to the Chamber of Commerce into full effect. This creeping right wing move toward FASCISM started way back then – before MOST Americans of voting age were out of diapers. And, our education system (full disclosure: I’m a retired teacher) has failed miserably in teaching our high school age children about civics and recent American History. I say that as one who went to High School in the 1960’s and I had at least a fundamental grasp of how our government works by the time I graduated from High School – and, I was more into sports than high achieving as a student.

Things changed with Reagan, got worse under Bush/Cheney and now, here we are. It’s incomprehensible to me how “we the people” could have been suckered into voting Trump back into office. After all, he attempted a coup after his first reign on America. He stole some of the most highly sensitive Top Secret government files – some allegedly relating to our nuclear capability – and stored them where virtually any half-wit of a foreign spy could access them (I mean, in a bathroom!) – and, then refused to return them including by LYING to Justice Department officials about whether or not he had them. He FORCED the DOJ to execute a search warrant of his property in Florida to retain them. And, of course, he has other properties which likely have files to this day.

The lack of respect for the rule of law by republicans has grown with each administration since Nixon and Watergate. (It was Nixon who appointed the aforementioned Lewis Powell to the Supreme Court) With Reagan it was the Iran-Contra “affair” where something like 20 of his top aides ended up in prison. Reagan’s administration “secretly” sold arms to Iran and used the proceeds to fund “rebels” in Nicaragua with the express purpose of overthrowing Nicaragua’s “communist” government. (Now, we just go in, kill a bunch of people, and arrest the leader) Unfortunately for Reagan and his sycophants, Congress had passed an “amendment” (the Boland amendment) specifically prohibiting the CIA and Reagan’s administration from interfering in the “affairs” of the nations in our Southern Hemisphere. The two people not charged in Iran/Contra were Reagan and his VP George HW Bush – both into it up to their eyeballs. Once again suggesting our top leaders are “above the law.”

Then came Bush/Cheney and many more Americans are aware of their oil driven incompetence. It was Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld et al who managed to use the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center to justify an ILLEGAL invasion of Iraq back in 2003. But as I always say – and, with republicans, there always is MORE – the FACT “we the people” were not treated as “liberators” in Iraq led to a prolonged military escapade where thousands of American troops were killed or wounded and roughly half of Iraq’s people were driven from their homes with several hundred thousand perishing. Plus, Bush and Cheney decided if they decided someone was an “enemy combatant” they were not bound by the Geneva Conventions and were OK with authorizing TORTURE. (I’ve complained about this for 20 years and it’s gotten me nowhere) I did point out when President Obama said “we’re going to look forward instead of back” – therefore failing to hold Bush/Cheney and the rest of those who participated in TORTURE accountable – “it’s going to get worse next time.”

That “next time” took exactly 8 years. For some reason “we the people” decided a stable economy and what some referred to as “no drama Obama” was not in America’s best interests and we elected an alleged mob oriented carnival barker as our President. And, of course, I’m talking about “dozing” Donald Trump. Trump’s first go round was about all America could take. Our allies were in disbelief we would actually elect someone like him to the “White House.” (Of course, with 3 MILLION less votes than his opponent – the quirk to our democratic republic) Trump 1.0 was bad, he violated many laws with impunity, he attacked our free press, he (allegedly) took money from sources we’ll likely never know about and he was defeated by (at that time) the oldest person ever to win the American election for president – by OVER 7 MILLION votes. (Of course, he broke the record as the OLDEST elected president four years later after 34 FELONY convictions! And, of course, there were something like an addition 50 FELONIES alleged. Go figure!)

Now, it’s “Katy bar the door” time in American politics. Trump has reportedly enriched himself by about 3 BILLION dollars, just in the first year of Trump 2.0. Additionally, the number of laws he, or people in his administration, have broken – or just ignored because HIS Justice Department “aint” going to enforce them – is almost impossible to keep up with. For example, it’s Trump’s DOJ which has the Epstein files, Congress (almost unanimously) passed a bill forcing them to be made public by DECEMBER 19th of LAST year and, still, something like 99% of them remain hidden from public view. Now we all know why, but this is just one example of how Trump is thumbing his nose at our laws (or, should I say “flipping off” “we the people”)

Trump is trampling on our laws (and international laws – ie MURDERING a couple hundred Venezuelans and kidnapping their president – to get to their oil) at a rate which is hard to keep up with. In fact, that has been their strategy all along – to, right out in the open – with that sycophantic DOJ – be breaking one law after another so that what small percentage of our media is paying attention is, in essence, “chasing their tails.” What is shocking today causes us to lose track of what was shocking yesterday. And, on top of all that, Trump and the GOP have adopted the propaganda tactics of the Nazi’s of the Third Reich in order to convince “we the people” what we see with our own eyes and hear with our own ears is not believable. They TELL us what is BELIEVABLE! And, if we don’t believe Trump he’s prepared to send our OWN troops into our OWN cities to help us understand what we’re supposed to believe. To me, this is, well, unbelievable – but, unfortunately I’m seeing it with my own eyes. Yikes!!!

Final Thought: One of the primary targets of “strongmen” who have their sights set on destroying democracies is education. While I retired from teaching (Middle School) in 2014 I still remember to this day the “No Child Left Behind” legislation passed by George W Bush back around the same time he LIED us into Iraq. At the time, I told anyone who would listen this was simply a further attempt by right wing republicans to destroy the American Public Education System. They’ve been working to further that (deplorable) goal ever since and now, in Trump 2.0, they’ve for all intents and purposes raised the ante by destroying the U.S. Department of Education. As (I think) I mentioned above it’s going to take a generation to overcome the DAMAGE Trump and his Project 2025 fascist puppet masters are doing to America and what they’re doing to Public Education will be one of the more challenging aspects of that endeavor.

Not only has Trump “dumped” the Department of Education he’s managed to strong arm several of our more prestigious Universities – and, these Universities were the envy of people around the world – into “bending the knee” to him and his right wing thugs. Columbia, Harvard, Brown, and, by some reports, over 100 American universities and Colleges have “bowed” to his threats agreeing to things like eliminating “DEI” (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) and “CRT” (Critical Race Theory) from the curriculum. I have to say, I didn’t know what CRT was when I was teaching, although I guess I taught it – because I taught about REAL American History to my 6th grade students. And, while “DEI” wasn’t a “thing” back then – I was fully in support of our school hiring teachers our students could “identify” with. We had students from MANY backgrounds and countries and, in my view, we had too many “White” teachers. (Although I was always thankful to be one of them)

After “No Child Left Behind” the number of low socio-economic students who failed to graduate from High School went up dramatically. Giving students with limited vocabulary skills standardized tests created at some “elite” university wasn’t, in my view, a good plan. In fact, it turned out to be a road to failure for many of these students – students who had skills not represented by these tests. I was talking to my son this morning and pointed out my belief many of these students who dropped out of High School in the ensuing years joined the military because that was their only option (or so the ones I’ve talked to have told me) and now I’m speculating ICE is drawing many of these High School dropouts onto their force – which is attacking America. And, many of those former students have been convinced by Social Media “immigrants” are the reason they have so much difficulty finding a good job. It’s become American against American – the exact goal of Trump and Project 2025. If you have an education you’re an “elite.” (Although, virtually EVERY member of Trump’s administration who say sh*t like that have been to America’s best universities) Lord help us!! Stay tuned…..

That’s right. It’s already time for another government SHUTDOWN! And, if the democrats CAVE (as they usually do) they will have, once again, bungled an opportunity to reign in Dozing Donald Trump. Get Trump’s attention back on Jeffrey Epstein and compliance with the law he signed almost two months ago ordering the RELEASE of the files. Invading Venezuela (and MURDERING a couple hundred civilians in the process), threatening Greenland (once again) – to the point where NATO countries from Europe are sending troops, and invading Minneapolis with the threat to “call in the military” if Minnesotans don’t stop “harassing” those poorly trained ICE agents – who keep SHOOTING people.

I realize Maria Machado gave you HER Nobel Peace Prize medal (and, disgustingly, you accepted it) but that doesn’t make you someone even the least bit worthy dozing Donald – in your hands it’s worth about as much as that FIFA “peace prize” you so proudly hung around your neck. Yes, peace prizes for what? For policy leading to the DEATHS of hundreds of thousands in countries where USAID used to operate? For ordering the extra-judicial MURDER of over 100 people in the waters of the Caribbean and the Eastern Pacific? Or for sending the goons into Minneapolis who MURDERED Rene Good? Do you see the pattern here? Were you wondering why the Nobel Committee came out publicly to point out the Peace Prize is “non-transferable?” You are likely the ONLY person in the world they would have to say that to.

Three more (long) years of this bullshit! I don’t think the U.S. can handle it. You know the Congress is going to once again IMPEACH you once the democrats retake control. And, of course, the cowardly sycophants in the Senate will look the other way to all the death and destruction lying in your wake – but, I can see at least TWO more IMPEACHMENTS – and, I believe, so can you. Which is why you WEREN’T joking when you commented that “we don’t actually need any more elections” – despite claims to the contrary by your sycophantic press secretary – the one who, on her first day, said she wouldn’t LIE. Of course, we all knew that wasn’t true, because she’s YOUR press secretary. She couldn’t hold that job without LYING! Constantly!

I, for one, have to believe your actions, dozing Donald, are totally designed to get Epstein out of the “picture.” I say that a bit facetiously because even you know how many pictures are already in the public “domain” of the two of you – best buddies for something like 15 years. That was such a “swell” birthday card you made for Epstein. You would really have to have some “wonderful secrets” to come up with such a creative idea. You know, the outline of a naked woman! I get why you’re doing everything you can to continue the cover up of YOUR involvement (plus some of your “other” friends – do you actually have any friends?) with Epstein. I mean, people are publicly shouting at you “pedophile protector” – allowing you to “flip them off” as a real sign of being “presidential.” (OBTW – Epstein’s brother would contest he died of suicide – speaking of cover ups)

YOUR people are getting a bit anxious because of the Epstein “cover up” and I’m sure you’re counting on “we the people” having very short “attention spans” so, who knows, your strategy might work. I mean, I’m concerned with your INVASION of Minnesota (apparently Maine is next – you really do want to lose control of Congress, or so it seems) and I really don’t like being a part of (by virtue of MY citizenship) my country routinely MURDERING Venezuelans – not to mention all the people in Africa who’ve died because of your god-awful policies – and, of course, Rene Good. (That’s just a “tip of the iceberg”) Who knows how many have perished in the concentration camps you’ve opened up in some god-awful places? (Where you continue “disappearing” people)

This “flood the zone” strategy which has gone on since day one of Trump 2.0 (once again, dozing Donald in honor of your ability to sleep in front of the cameras during cabinet meetings – even “Sleepy Joe” couldn’t do that) has been counting on “we the people” forgetting “today’s scandal” after tomorrow’s. Off the top of my head I think I can remember SOME of them – but, I”m sure I’ve missed a few. That, of course, is the plan – the Project 2025 plan is we “miss” the ones that are the most important for implementing their fascist takeover.

The easy one is – while the DOJ is investigating the leaders of Minnesota for “insurrection” regarding their public statements urging Minnesotans to protest peacefully. It doesn’t come more “rich” than that. Lest I remind you, Trump you instigated an attempted coup on January 6th, 2021 where a couple THOUSAND rabid Trump supporters attacked (and injured) OVER 150 Capitol and Metropolitan police officers (with 5 dying as a result) and defacing our Capitol building in the process. Well, now Trump (you are) calling Minnesotans “insurrectionists” and encouraging ICE to physically detain those protesters they decide not to SHOOT. Is this IRONY?

What did Trump do with those actual INSURRECTIONISTS? The one “day one” promise he kept was PARDONING over 1500 (many who assaulted – that is ACTUALLY assaulted – police officers) people who attempted to OVERTHROW a free and fair American election. To make matters worse, he has hired some of the INSURRECTIONISTS into the DOJ and now it’s being reported they have hired many of the INSURRECTIONISTS as ICE agents. Supposedly, some of them are/were members of the “Proud Boys” – several who were found guilty of SEDITION – one of the most serious crimes in America (or, likely, anywhere)

As I said, that was on day one – but, the “clown car” hit the ground running as dozing Donald chose – in his words – some of the best and brightest for his cabinet. And, the cowardly GOP confirmed virtually every one of them – including a Secretary of Defense with a history of assaulting women and excessive drinking. What could go wrong? OK, I’ll suggest a few things later. The ONLY nominee who didn’t get confirmed was the one with allegations of “sex trafficking of underage girls.” You’d think Trump would have supported him to the “hilt.” Can you imagine that guy leading the investigation into Jeffrey Epstein?

The big push in the first few months of dozing Donald’s second term was passing the HUGE ($5 TRILLION) tax cut (mostly) for the rich partially paid for by cutting TRILLIONS from Medicare, Medicaid, and the ACA. Chuck Schumer originally caved to the republican budget proposals, much to the chagrin of progressives like me (full disclosure: I’ve NEVER been a democrat – but, I vote AGAINST republicans). In the fall, the democrats grew a bit of a spine and refused to vote for the budget without republicans first putting the ACA subsidies back (for at least 3 years) – and, OBTW, republicans SHOULD have agreed – so, now, MILLIONS of Americans are facing HUGE increases in their health premiums – for those who can afford the increases. At least for now that issue is part of the “affordability” crises dozing Donald is calling a “hoax.” (Hasn’t he used that word before?)

Right now, most Americans (I’m guessing) are not thinking about the DAMAGE done by the so-called “DOGE” group of (f)Elon Musk’s junior geeks who were turned loose on the private (sensitive) data of “we the people.” The Social Security administration was DAMAGED which fared better than several other agencies. USAID was, for all intents and purposes, destroyed along with the lives of MILLIONS of people living in the poorest parts of the globe. Agencies investigating Musk were “crippled” – to no one’s surprise (at least the people I know). The Department of Education is being eliminated, HHS is being eviscerated, the EPA is being “cut off at the knees,” and most people aren’t even noticing because the “zone” is too “flooded.”

Destroying a countries education system, attacking it’s “freedom of the press,” going after strategically potential impediments to the “plan” like law firms, and causing the “Oligarchs” to willingly “bend the knee” are key ways for fascists who are implanting a takeover of a democracy. Even a “democratic republic” like the U.S.A. with built in “checks and balances.” By neutering those who are supposed to be checks on their authority, fascists can even take over a country like the U.S.A. where so many of us couldn’t even manage to think this was possible. Especially by someone whose only real attribute is being like a “carnival barker” – but, who willingly is allowing a group of OLIGARCHS to flood him with riches so he’s willing to “go along to get along.” Listening to dozing Donald with one of his “word salads” makes one wonder, “are you sure he doesn’t consume alcohol?” The guy comes across as STUPID.

I know he’s not STUPID – on occasion – but just listening to him makes my stomach crawl. He’s enriched himself, by most accounts, to the “tune” of a couple BILLION – some even say more. He’s squeezed money out of the taxpayers pockets in ways most people can’t even imagine. For example, when his son’s travel the globe “we the people” are paying the bill for the Secret Service agents – while they are doing family business. (Possibly their business expenses as well) Prior to Trump 2.0 all the MAGA’s out there were supremely worried about the budget deficit and/or the national debt. In the BBB republicans raised the debt ceiling by $5 TRILLION and Trump is busy using up all that “free space.” He actually wanted the debt ceiling removed entirely. My guess is this year’s deficit will top $3 TRILLION! And growing!!

I have no idea what the deficit will be this year, but I can imagine invading Venezuela, Minnesota, maybe Colombia, and – OMG I can’t believe I’m about to write this – even Greenland is costly. To listen to Stephen Miller say it, “The U.S.A. can take over Greenland because we have the POWER.” Apparently, he’s unaware of the NATO alliance, which “we the people” are apparently not going to be part of, that is obligated to come to the defense of allies. So, according to Miller, we can simply take Greenland and ignore the FACT all of Europe will be obligated to come to Greenland’s defense. OK, maybe “STUPID” was accurate after all.

Trump is threatening to add a 10% tariff to any country that comes to the aid of Greenland. As if that is going to deter them. Our traditional allies are already in the process of re-aligning pretty much all that they do – out of necessity. Trump has abandoned Ukraine, the Europeans can’t afford to do the same – it is NATO countries in Eastern Europe that Putin has his sights set on – once he conquers Ukraine. As far as I’m concerned Trump’s actions toward Ukraine – ie supporting Putin – makes him a TRAITOR once again. (After all, he did attempt a coup after he lost to Biden in 2020)

I’m seeing evidence of Trump’s tariff policy every time I go to the store. Today, at Costco, jeans I purchased last year (on sale) for $14.99 were $24.99. As we all know, most of our clothing is made in countries which face these tariffs. And, while Trump claims it’s the countries facing the tariffs who pay, the reality is his tariffs are a TAX which ultimately is paid for by the U.S. consumer. These tariffs are creating lasting DAMAGE to our country and its economy. For example, the Canadians are making deals with the Chinese. In fact, it’s the Chinese who are benefiting most by Trump’s tariff policy. This is another of those issues which are hard to keep up with. Many people I know think the economy is ripping along because of the rising stock market. However, it appears to me the chasm between Wall Street and Main Street is as large as it’s been in my lifetime.

While all this is stuff “we the people” are trying to wrap our minds around, the thuggery continues on the streets of Minneapolis. Trump has doubled down on the number of poorly trained ICE agents roaming Minneapolis’ streets and “we the people” are paying for a Gestapo like force attacking … US! That makes no sense to me which is why I’ve already messaged my representatives in Congress (both the House and the Senate) to refuse to vote for the impending budget without getting cutbacks in the ability of ICE to torment our people. (Sadly, my democratic House representatives has already voted with the republicans to pass THEIR budget)

Final Thought: If democrats allow this budget to pass as the republicans want it – that will cause even more irreparable DAMAGE. They MUST demonstrate they understand the significance of resisting Trump 2.0. They made their point in the last shutdown about the importance of the ACA subsidies – it’s now time to make a point about how “we the people” don’t want to be defending ourselves from our own government. I’ll say it once again, Trump and Project 2025 are FASCISTS! (by definition) They’ve adopted Nazi tactics and it’s up to “we the people” to defend our republic. And, I believe we can do so by mobilizing in massive numbers (MAGA’s invited) to vote out the Congressional republicans and ultimately to put a stop to the Trump/Project 2025/OLIGARCH attempted destruction of our constitutional order! Stay tuned!!!

Usually it takes a bit of thought to figure out how desperate Trump is, but not nowadays. He really wants people to be focused away from Jeffrey Epstein, and he’s in “high gear” in how to do this. It’s like a rat being cornered. And, of course, our “Mainstream Media” (MSM) gets sucked in, hook line and sinker, every time he does this – although his present actions are threatening world peace and the world economy. Just tonight it was reported by Jay Powell, the head of the Federal Reserve bank, that Trump’s DOJ has filed grand jury subpoenas with the potential purpose of making a criminal charge against Powell.

The irony, of course, is that Trump is a 34 times convicted FELON plus he’s the most outrageously corrupt president in the country’s history. It’s been reported he’s improved his wealth by several BILLION dollars in just the first year of Trump 2.0. And, anyone who believes he’s satisfied with a few BILLION is fooling themselves. Trump wants to be in the category of some of his BILLIONAIRE sycophants (Musk, Zuckerberg, Ellison, Thiel, Tim Cook, etc. etc. – the rich guys who keep sucking up to him in order for themselves to get richer. Yep, we’ve devolved into an full on OLIGARCHY – and Trump wants in on the action. (This, of course, has happened over a period of years)

In his first term, Trump’s inclinations were mitigated by some people who actually believe in the constitution. The lesson he learned was the second time around the only job requirement to be part of his administration would be unfettered loyalty. And, he’s got a conglomerate of CEO’s and other rich people – those who participated in writing Project 2025 – who absolutely DON’T believe in our constitution, they don’t believe in our system of laws, and, in essence, they don’t believe in “democracy.” (We, naturally, are a “Democratic republic. At least for now) We have a system of “checks and balances” the GOP has figured out how to get around and, unless it’s too late already, “we the people” have one more chance at the polls to put a stop to our country’s turn into FASCISM. Reminder: The foundation of FASCISM is a government/corporate partnership!

This move against the Fed – Trump just couldn’t wait until May when Powell’s term expires as the Fed’s “chair” expires – has the potential to undermine the markets all these BILLIONAIRES view as determining if our economy is healthy. However, from my perspective, nothing could be farther from the truth. From my experience when the “Market” is surging forward and “Main Street” is struggling it’s just a matter of time until we experience a CRASH. Additionally, again from my non economist viewpoint, Trump is dangerously close to causing those who follow “data” to lose confidence in its accuracy because it would surprise virtually no one (who matters) that Trump is going to “cook the books” once he’s “desposed” of Chairman Powell.

Trump would like to see interest rates back to around ZERO – which is what happened after the republican Great Recession of 2007 – 2008. They stayed close to that number all the way through Trump 1.0, but his COVID fiasco and the challenge of getting “we the people vaccinated, (a near miraculous undertaking of the Biden administration) restarting the economy, and – of course – Putin’s decision to ILLEGALLY invade Ukraine led to a spike in inflation causing the Fed to increase interest rates – and, by the way, nothing compared to the 18% (or so) rates during the first term of Reagan. Many of America’s young people were tricked into voting for Trump in 2024 and, well, here we are.

We’re witnessing in real time the DAMAGE one person can do if they can manage to LIE themselves into the “White House.” Trump’s main attribute is he’s a polished CON MAN who has full on adopted the propaganda techniques of Hitler, Goebbels, and the Third Reich in Germany pre WW II. Trump REALLY does want to get the public dialogue off of the Epstein files. It doesn’t take a lot of imagination as to why if you’ve paid any attention to what is already part of the public domain. And, it’s entirely possible, from my perspective that Trump could cause BOTH another Great Recession (or depression) and WW III.

He’s got our traditional European allies on the edge of their seats over his threats toward Greenland. Should he follow through on his threats we could be at war with our own “friends.” Makes one wonder WHEN are the republicans in Congress going to come to their senses. Are they going to wait until it’s too late? As I’ve been saying since before Trump took the oath (OK, LIED about his oath while refusing to put his hand on the Bible for some reason) he’s going to do whatever it takes to prevent “we the people” from voting in democratic control of Congress in 2026. He KNOWS as soon as the House is controlled by democrats he will be IMPEACHED for the third time. Hell, they may IMPEACH him every time he commits another unlawful action – I mean, it would be hard to decide on the reason for the next IMPEACHMENT because there’s such a bevy of choices.

I do not doubt he figures if we’re involved in a WAR he’ll be able to find a way to prevent “we the people” from a “mid-term” election. He started his attempt to prevent republicans from losing when he, essentially, ORDERED Texas to gerrymander another five “republican seats” for the next election – only to see Gavin Newsome do the same for democrats in California. And, now the polls are so bad for Trump he’s definitely like the rat in the corner. I’ll give him this, Trump has no limits on what he’ll do to protect his role as a Putin like president. At this point, there can be no denying Putin either has “kompromat” on Trump or is simply his idol.

Putin is considered the head of the largest organized crime syndicate in the world. Russian OLIGARCHS are spread around the globe and can do nothing without the approval of Putin – who many consider the actual “world’s richest man.” Maybe that has changed since Putin’s ill-advised incursion into Ukraine, but Trump is clearly acting as if him and Putin are “blood brothers.” Trump is so STUPID he could be taking his “invading sovereign nations” strategy to even another level. Apparently, he thinks, for example, that China will quietly ignore his excursions.

China relies on Venezuela for some of its oil and the United States relies on China for their “rare earths.” Pinch me if I’m dreaming, but China could cause MAJOR economic disasters in the U.S. – and, to me, they’ve just been waiting for their opportunity to advance past the U.S. as an economic power. They are LOADING up on “precious metals” like Gold and Silver – apparently in anticipation of Trump torpedoing the DOLLAR as the world’s main currency. All this to prevent “we the people” from finding out the TRUTH about Trump’s involvement in Epstein’s sex trafficking ring.

Venezuela, Colombia, Cuba, Greenland, and – why not? – Brazil. Or even Canada. Invasions of those sovereign country’s should, I’m sure in Trump’s mind, create too much turmoil to keep Epstein on everyone’s minds. And, now, an attack on America’s central bank – the Fed and, by extension, Jerome Powell – should create an economic “firestorm” large enough to get people thinking about their own bank accounts and NOT the Epstein files. Keep in mind, the DOJ has released less than 1% of the files and we’re almost one month past the DEADLINE. Maybe Trump is thinking if “we the people” insist on uncovering his escapades with Epstein, he’ll ruin all our lives by tanking the entire economy. It wouldn’t hurt him – in fact, during times of economic stress, these rich BILLIONAIRES get even richer.

Watch the videos of Trump with Epstein (those made public so far – there are rumors of videos not suitable for publication to “we the people.”), look at the photos in the public domain of the two together, and read Trump’s birthday wishes to Epstein on Epstein’s 50th birthday. If that doesn’t give you enough info, then you’re likely not going to believe any of the stuff which will ultimately come out. But the reality is there WAS a pedophile ring going on in America and it wasn’t controlled by the democrats. My guess is, when the smoke clears, there will be democrats AND republicans (including Trump) who will be part of the pedophile wall of SHAME. And, Trump shouldn’t get a “pass” simply because he’s the (out of control) president with 34 FELONY convictions. As the saying goes, he “LIES like a rug.” Lord help us! Stay tuned!!!

Final Thought: I feel like I’m saying this until “I’m blue in the face” – but, here we go once more. I mentioned above that Trump has adopted the propaganda strategy of “Hitler, Goebbels, and the Third Reich” which, to me, should be obvious. I keep hoping someone connected to the MSM would pick up on this and start reporting on it so they can back up claims Trump and Project 2025 are devolving “we the people” into FASCISM.

The main “strategy” Trump (and, by extension, virtually the entire GOP) uses is the “Big Lie Theory” which comes right out of Hitler’s “Mein Kampf.” The expression (theory) was used by Hitler to describe how people could be induced to believe such an absurd lie because they would not believe that someone “could have the impudence to distort the truth so infamously.” (and, repeatedly) Take, for example, “the 2020 election was stolen.” A stunning percentage of republicans still believe that – while also believing the elections of all their representatives in Congress were “on the up and up.” Go figure!

The other technique Trump has used (is using ALL THE TIME) is “projection.” This, again, comes right out of Mein Kampf. While Joseph Goebbels is often credited with mastering the art of propaganda, the persuasive power of projection is embedded in Hitler’s Mein Kampf – “denounce in your opponent what you intend to do yourself.” Or as some have said, “An accusation is really an admission of guilt.” We see Trump, and his republican sycophants, using this technique on virtually a daily basis. Why do they do it? Because it works! Why doesn’t the MSM pick up on this and call it out? For that question I have no answer! Yikes!!!

I’ve been calling Trump a fascist (or, if you prefer, a wannabe mob boss) for almost 10 years now. When you read books about his life prior to that infamous walk down the escalator, you see a man who’s been lying and cheating his entire adult life. Before his Atlantic City Casinos declared bankruptcy he was involved in laundering foreign money regularly enough that his Casino was sanctioned (Much of it from Russians). Trump has managed to avoid legal accountability for his mob like behavior since (probably before) he reached adulthood – managing to LIE about “bone spurs” to avoid military service back in the Viet Nam days which SHOULD make him unqualified to EVER be considered America’s “commander in chief.” But, here we are.

So, now, Trump has been MURDERING Venezuelans in small boats in the Caribbean or Eastern Pacific for a few months alleging they were “narco-terrorists” – whatever that means. Even if these PEOPLE had drugs on their boats these boats weren’t headed to the United States – but, even if they were, extra-judicial EXECUTIONS really amount to MURDER. As I’ve pointed out here, the real irony is these MURDERS were carried out by “Seal Team Six.” Hopefully, you were paying attention to Trump’s claim back when the SCOTUS was stretching the law by giving Trump “absolute immunity.” (This would mean, according to Trump’s own lawyer, the only way to give him “accountability” would be IMPEACHMENT and CONVICTION in the Senate. And, by the way, the military personnel get no pass because they were “just following orders”)

Now, today, once again an American citizen lost her life at the hands of a reckless ICE agent who then LIED about what happened. Subsequently, and not surprising, both Kristi Noem and Trump, himself, began LYING before we even knew the name of the young MOM who had been MURDERED. This Trump administration isn’t worried a bit about how many innocent Americans are going to get MURDERED because of their disgusting policy – just take a moment to listen to Stephen Miller who sounds like an unambiguous, unapologetic NAZI as he comments on both foreign policy AND domestic policy.

The Trump administration not only is responsible for MURDERING those on the boats headed toward Suriname – (the boats in the Caribbean) NOT headed toward the U.S. but it’s also been reported there were approximately 80 PEOPLE killed in the INVASION of Venezuela (hopefully, by now, Trump can locate it on a map) for the announced purpose of STEALING Venezuela’s natural resources – er, capturing Maduro. It’s not only the OIL, but there are many other resources the Trump administration and his BILLIONAIRE benefactors want to STEAL from that South American country. Trump hasn’t been shy about claiming Venezuela’s OIL is really our OIL. (Little) Marco Rubio has come right out and said the Venezuelan’s don’t have the right to sell their resources to countries we don’t approve. But, they’ll likely treat us as “liberators.”

So, we placed sanctions on Venezuela beginning in 2006 – which we seem to do if we don’t like another country’s policy. Well, the Chinese were happy to fill the void and have been purchasing what oil Venezuela’s been able to produce and, I believe Cuba was also purchasing Venezuelan oil. Does that give the United States the right to MURDER people in small outboard motor boats and to INVADE the country and arrest the president and his wife on “narco-terrorist” charges? Nuts! Lest I remind you of Juan Orlando Hernández, former president of Honduras, who was PARDONED by Trump despite being found GUILTY of importing between 400 and 500 TONS of Cocaine into the United States. Wouldn’t that make him a “narco-terrorist?” OK, details!

So, today, as mentioned above, an ICE agent chose to MURDER a young mother of a six year old child because they didn’t like the FACT she was alerting members of the neighborhood about their presence. This happened close to where George Floyd was MURDERED (I’m surprised Trump hasn’t pardoned his murderer as of yet – probably because of the state charges he has no power over) and, in a like manner, there was a witness who videotaped the entire encounter and there appears to be NO justification for this ICE officer to even have his weapon drawn. My guess is Trump will have his alleged MURDERER removed from the city and we’ll never know who did the SHOOTING. He might be able to be identified by his hairline. They all wear masks and are almost unidentifiable. After he MURDERED the mother, Trump claimed she drove over the ICE agent and that he was in the hospital and “is going to be OK.” When you look at the video this MURDERER walks slowly toward the victims crashed car – then slowly walking back toward the other officers suggesting they call “911.” The video is EXTREMELY disturbing. ICE is EXTREMELY disturbing. Although the MURDERER doesn’t seem disturbed at all!

When you listen to Trump and listen to Miller and you pay attention to the Project 2025 puppet masters it is disheartening to me that our so-called “liberal media” continues REFUSING to call these people the FASCIST Nazi’s that they are. The “brownshirts” (ICE) make up the largest military police force in the world with a budget of something like $150 BILLION and the rhetoric coming from our “leaders” is that of something resembling the Third Reich of the Germans back in the 1930’s. They’ve started with Venezuela, Trump is signaling Colombia will be next, he mentioned Cuba, and, once again, GREENLAND. As if we NEED to take GREENLAND for national security purposes. The TRUTH is, Trump and his BILLIONAIRE bros behind the “AI boom” want Greenland’s natural resources apparently without paying for them.

Trump has screwed the American farmers – including the beef farmers who were, after years, actually making money – by throwing $40 BILLION to his buddy in Argentina (saving a few BILLIONAIRE benefactors for their poorly thought out investments in the process) – enough money to solve the ACA price increase crisis – why? Because “he (The Argentine dictator) needs it.” (Meaning Argentina’s president Javier Milei – the guy who gave (f)Elon Musk (he of the Sieg Heils) the chainsaw at a republican conference – you probably saw on TV. Here’s what Trump and the Project 2025 puppet masters want – an entirely compliant North and South America – to whatever they consider OK. Yep, that means Mexico, Canada, Brazil, etc. etc. Step out of line and we’ve got more room at the notorious jail where they took Maduro and his wife.

What’s it going to take before our Mainstream Media (MSM) starts calling this out for what it is? These people are worse than “authoritarians.” They’re Nazi’s. They’re FASCISTS. They’re MURDERERS. I can only hope there are people “memorializing” everything that is happening. I’m still holding out hope that I will live long enough to see Trump behind bars – and, that would include all of his sycophants who are participating in this ILLEGAL behavior. Are “we the people” going to stand for this? Trump is doing this in ALL our names. NATO members are planning on how to proceed without the U.S. as an ally. NATO has kept the world safe since WW II – but Putin hates it. Are our cowardly republicans simply going to stand by and say NOTHING? If you saw Lindsey Graham with his “shit eating” grin next to Trump on Air Force one the other day almost wetting his pants in excitement to the possibility of invading Cuba or Iran, you realize how PATHETIC some of these people actually are. If the South Carolinian’s vote him back into office in the 2026 election – SHAME ON THEM!

After it became clear that, with only 1% of the Epstein files released over two weeks past the deadline for ALL of them, Trump’s culpability was increasing fast and furious. Now, that’s for people who couldn’t figure out what happened during their 15 year “best buddy” relationship without written proof – but, I pointed out Trump would do whatever he needed to do to change the narrative. Well, since the murders of the “boat people” and the INVASION of Venezuela there hasn’t been a whole lote of media attention to those who were raping young girls or to how many times Trump was confirmed to have been on Epstein’s plane – the plane he previously said he’d never been on. (the new “count” is EIGHT – my guess is there’s a lot more) I think this ICE murder in Minneapolis today was simply a convenient way to further change the topic – another opportunity for Trump to throw BOLDFACED LIES at their minions. Of course, the videos showed the LIES – but, those who watch Fox “news” and other right wing outlets will never see them. Stay tuned!!!

Final Thought: I’ve just about accepted that our MSM is more than comfortable “chasing their tails” as they’ve fallen “hook line and sinker” for the Trump/Project 2025 “flood the zone” strategy. I’m not the only one who predicted this BEFORE Trump had LIED about his “oath” on January 20th, 2025 (refusing to put his hand on the Bible, by the way – for all you “Christians” supporting him). I’ve also pointed out Trump’s use of the Nazi’s “Big Lie Theory” for YEARS – but, the MSM seems to think that would be too radical to point out. So, with Trump already laying claim to Venezuela’s oil, threatening Columbia (next?), Cuba, Mexico, Canada, and GREENLAND what will it take for our “media” to figure out the right words to use when describing what’s actually happening.

Maybe they should just take a listen to Stephen Miller – descended from Holocaust survivors – if they need a bit of encouragement. Here’s Miller just this past weekend. While on CNN, Stephen Miller said that Trump has Plenary Authority. Plenary authority is the full, complete, and absolute power a governing body possesses to act on a particular issue without any significant limitations. He was talking about BOTH foreign and domestic policy. He likes to talk about how “might makes right” in his racist rants condemning “immigration” – apparently unaware of all the accomplishments since WW II via immigrants. He even suggested Americans “invented the car” – although the first automobile was “invented” in Germany by Karl Benz. It was immigrants who were involved in the Manhattan Project (Atomic Bomb) and sending Americans to the moon. Apparently, Miller has adopted the “Great Replacement theory from the Germans of the 1930’s. (Although, there was no shortage of American Nazi’s back then) Please MSM – call these people out for what/who they are! Yikes!!!

Holy Sh*t! I knew Trump was desperate to change the public narrative away from the Epstein files, but this move into Venezuela was bat sh*t crazy. First of all, one of the first things out of Trump’s disgusting mouth after he posted the news on his second rate Xwitter knockoff was “we’re going to run the country.” Hell, he can’t even run this country. But, the plethora of thoughts funneling through my brain at this point in time are hard to keep up with but I’m going to give it a shot. For starters, does anyone out there remember Iraq – circa 2023? (Or for us old timers, Viet Nam?) That’s one of the most depressing parts of this – but, as usual, there’s more. (Is history repeating itself?)

Picture yourself in the shoes of Xi Jinping of China – he’s probably smiling “all the way to the bank.” Or from the other perspective, picture yourself as those in Taiwan. What do you think Trump is going to say when China takes over Taiwan? And, of course, Trump’s idol Vladimir Putin has to be grinning from ear to ear. This pretty much assures the Russian’s have nothing to worry about when it comes to the U.S. and Ukraine. So much for “peace talks.” Then there’s our European “allies.” I’m supposing they are gearing up for what could be what will seem like a longer three years to them than to what it’s going to seem like to “we the people.” And, the Norwegians? They are certainly now going to give Trump his Nobel Peace prize for sure, right?

And, what about all those pathetic republicans in our Congress? They’ve been enabling this for the past ten years because you have to wonder who they fear the most, Trump or their shadows? They’ve showed a collective will of ZERO when it comes to challenging this so-called 34 times FELONY twice impeached (already) narcissistic, misogynistic, racist president so why start now? (OK, not counting the vote on the Epstein files – but they couldn’t vote against the bill because they figured they could get away with that one – ie choose your verb: scrubbing or redactions.)

Maybe Marjorie Taylor Greene could stick around for an extra week or two so there might be chance for a House vote on whether or not to grant Trump the authority to do what he already DID without authority. Believe me, I haven’t forgotten the 107 alleged “narco traffickers” who were ILLEGALLY executed by the Trump administration (ironically, by “Seal Team Six”), or the confiscated oil tankers, but the invasion of Venezuela and taking over of their government gives an eerie ring to my ears. Trump even went to far to claim it won’t cost Americans a cent (if only Don Rumsfeld was still around) because Trump is referring to Venezuelan oil as if it’s ours. Again, how did that play out in Iraq? But, apparently, the Venezuelan people are happy to have us!

Is anyone but me sick and tired of Trump feeling the (narcissistic) need to put his name on virtually everything? The United States Institute of Peace, the John F Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, there’s now “Trump battleships?,” and now he’s renaming the “Monroe Doctrine” apparently the “Donroe Doctrine.” Does that mean he’s going to keep taking over South American countries? I mean, it seems as if Colombia is next, then Panama? or maybe Brazil – so he can free Bolsonaro – his blood brother in INSURRECTION crime – but be assured it won’t be Honduras.

How can I make that last claim? Well, seeing as how Trump’s rationale for snatching Maduro (and his wife) from Venezuela is they are “narco terrorists,” I sense a bit of Honduran irony. Surely he’s not planning to go back into Honduras to re-arrest one of the worst “narco terrorists” of all time – Juan Orlando Hernández – who was convicted of facilitating between 400 and 500 TONS of Cocaine into the United States and given a 45 year sentence – UNTIL Trump pardoned him. I mean it would take tens of THOUSANDS of those tiny alleged “drug boats” to get anywhere near that into – well, anywhere (if they were drug boats) – and, keeping in mind those boats weren’t even headed, for the most part, to the U.S. The boats in the Caribbean were headed to Suriname – the opposite direction of the U.S. But, I guess, who’s worried about details?

After we retake the Panama Canal what’s next? Greenland? I realize that’s in a different hemisphere but Greenland has resources which may rival Venezuela’s (dirty) oil – the so-called “rare earths.” If you remember Trump making HUGE promises to oil executives if they’d simply pony up around a BILLION during the last election he’s come through for them, well don’t kid yourself on the amount of “green” the “tech bros” have been poring his way since (f)Elon Musk (he of the Sieg Heils) ponied up about $300 MILLION plus a plethora of LIES on Xwitter to get Trump elected in the first place – the “rare earths” needed for all their AI data center dreams. You know, their dreams which are going to make your (and my) energy bills nightmares. All, so these tech bros can further manipulate a very vulnerable American public so this fascist takeover can truly take hold. (With a bit of help from AI)

Picture it – the U.S. invading country after country in South America, Putin going after Poland and other former Soviet block countries after Russia finishes off Ukraine, and China taking Taiwan and putting the clamps on Southeast Asia and Africa. A global triumvirate that is the wet dream of the world’s leading fascist dictators. All this because the American people were STUPID enough to think electing a 34 times FELON who attempted a coup only four years earlier and who would be behind bars by now had “we the people” the slightest sense of our own (250 year) history would fix the economy. (And, lead to the release of the Epstein files so all the liberal pedophiles could be exposed)

Don’t get me wrong – our history has been full of dark spots along the way, but slowly and surely “we the people” were inching toward “a more perfect union.” That was before social media and – I have to add – Ronald Reagan, who I believe was the real starting point in America’s slow working tilt toward fascism. Remember, there were MANY fascists in the U.S. during Hitler’s time – some of them famous – and, their children and grandchildren are, in many cases, still with us. I’d love to know the family history of Russel Vought, for example. I know Stephen Miller’s – which makes his role in all this even more disgusting – if that’s possible. His family are Holocaust survivors. I’m convinced Trump’s father, Fred, was at the Madison Square Garden Fascist rally in New York in 1939 – which Trump duplicated in 2024. You can’t make this stuff up!

So, where do we go from here? Are “we the people” going to find ourselves in the streets once again with another “no Kings” protest? Will there simply be spontaneous protests around the country? Are we going to keep tolerating the forces of ICE snatching “legal immigrants” (happened twice in my small city this past week) – people showing up for scheduled hearings? Two Russians were snatched this past week, hard working immigrants with NO reason to be confined – one has a small son battling brain cancer – but, why would that matter? I could’ve NEVER imagined what has transpired this past year – and, I know LOTS of people who voted for it. I even know someone from Colombia who voted for Trump because he didn’t like Kamala Harris. I forgot to ask, did that mean he liked Trump?

As I’ve said here a few times already – I certainly hope there are people documenting – in the words of Robert Mueller “memorializing” – the ILLEGAL actions of Trump and his surrogates who MUST be held accountable once this nightmare is over. I realize the Supremely un-Supreme Court gave Trump “absolute immunity” – or so he believes – but, even if that’s so, they didn’t grant it to Hegseth, Rubio, Miller, Vought, and the rest of them. (I should include Musk in that category) Yes, the Supreme Court – which may go down in history as the number one culprit in America’s fascist movement is culpible. That said, remember the International Criminal Court – WAR CRIMES are war crimes – even if you’re a republican in America.

This slide into fascism actually started with Lewis Powell and his “memo” to the Chamber of Commerce in 1973 – but, his time on the Supreme Court began the tilt toward the blatant push toward the corporate obscenity which exists today. I’ve been saying for much longer than Trump’s time on the scene the foundation to a fascist state is a corporate/government partnership. The basics were there when Sam Alito and John Roberts took their places on the Court and the “floodgates” were opened – quite literally. Citizen’s United back in 2010 is why there’s BILLIONS in our elections – with more on the horizon and much of it foreign money. (I remind you again, Trump made promises to the oil lobby likely leading to this Venezuela crisis in return for a cool BILLION during the campaign)

And, the Court wasn’t done there. They’ve been ruling in favor of corporations ever since – and, their majority is now 6 – 3 (thanks to Moscow Mitch – another republican headed for a legacy in infamy) so, the horizon looks bleak – for at least a generation. (And, knowing our voting public, they may not have had their fill of republicans just yet – only time will tell) The Court is not only voting for corporate interests on a regular basis but they’re also regularly voting AGAINST Voting Rights. They’ve gutted Sections 4 and 5 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965, but it appears they’ve got their sights now set on Section 2. That would virtually guarantee no democrats from the South for YEARS! Keeping in mind the “conservatives” in the Court can typically hold their own on the CORRUPTION front with the rest of the republicans in Congress – although NO ONE has ever held a candle to Trump when it comes to CORRUPTION in America’s government!

Here’s the main question I have tonight. “We the people” proved ourselves incredibly STUPID in this last presidential election (despite the follies of the democrats) by electing a wannabe mob boss with 34 FELONY convictions – who would have had more had we a “lick of sense” – someone who attempted the ONLY coup in the history of the United States government and who STOLE Top Secret documents when he first left office – sharing them with ??? maybe Putin???? plus refused to return them when it was discovered what he’d done – he was going to be found GUILTY on several MORE FELONIES – and, now it’s becoming clear he was up to his eyeballs in Epstein’s pedophilia. The question: Are we STUPID enough to allow Trump to start wars to change the subject on Epstein? I guess the massive redactions weren’t working! Stay tuned!!!

Final Thought: As soon as the first American gets killed in Venezuela – what’s next? Are they going to treat us a “liberators?” Will they gladly give up their oil? Trump has already claimed this venture won’t cost the American taxpayers a cent. Just picture the cost of the war fleet sent to Venezuela’s bordering waters – how many BILLIONS is that? And, all the bombs used to MURDER the 107 alleged “drug boats?” And, the cost of occupying a sovereign nation? It’s going to take a lot of STEALING of Venezuela’s oil to hit the “break even” point.
